Day 28 & 29: Interlaken & Grindelwald, Switzerland

A scenic train ride from Venice to Interlaken. 

Mountains surround the city.

Pretty streets with lots of Asian and Indian cuisine as well as Italian and Swiss chocolate shops.

Mike is happy for his giant beer

Horses everywhere, as well as sheep and goats.

We tried our luck at the casino but we didn't walk away like we did in Monaco.

We walked through Interlaken to get to the Harder Kulm. 

It was a beautiful view of Interlaken from 4337ft above.

Train to Grindelwald, 3392ft above sea level.

A couple buildings had the name "Heidi" on them.

Everyone has a wood pile reserve. It was still in the 50s with temps dropping into the high 30s at night.

This building had a ram in the middle of it. 

Breathtaking. One of the most beautiful places I've seen by far.
