Violin reminiscing

I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned this in my blog, but I used to play the violin.

I find that more and more I miss playing. I played for 5 years, learning vibrato and being totally immersed in what I was doing.

I remember the day I got my violin. I remember waking up at 4am the next morning because I wanted to get a head start on it before I went to my first class. I don't think I've ever been more enthusiastic or passionate about anything music related since then.

Sure I took piano lessons and sang in the choir all throughout school, but nothing really resonated in my soul like the sound of the violin. I also played other instruments, I even tried the cello, french horn, and everything in percussion!

The thing about this song is that each violinist is playing the exact same song at different times.

It's really a beautiful instrument. And I wish I still had my violin to pick up and play.
