First semester of Nutrition

I signed up for classes today for next semester which will include Nutritional Assessment, Managerial Skills in Dietetics, Managerial Accounting, and Intro to Food and Beverage Management.

I had a wonderful thanksgiving down in CT with Mikes family. We stayed over 3 nights and had a chance to check out Rockerfellersquare square where the famous tree stands, but it wasn't quite decorated yet. There were a lot of ice skaters though!
